The superior room is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, decorated with a mural of about 10 square meters that mixes the writer’s technique with the classic painting of the painter Grimaldi. A tribute to Rome, its city, a sunset over the eternal city that depicts the most classic part of Rome’s Cupolone and the bridges on the Tiber.

A classic décor with a sitting corner and a large balcony make this room the most suitable for couples seeking complete relaxation.

Classic rooms are located on the first and second floor of the hotel. They are hand-decorated and have classic décor with neutral lines:

• 5 rooms on the first floor with a small private terrace and common access to the common terrace
• 9 on the second floor of the hotel, 4 of which have a balcony with panoramic views and 5 have a small garden from the back of the hotel

All rooms are equipped with a table and two chairs to relax in the open air.

All classic rooms have a corner sofa that transforms into a 3rd bed, some of which also have a sleeper sofa that turns into a comfortable bunk bed.

The two family rooms are located on the third floor of the hotel: the “Abbaino” and the “Veranda”.

The “Abbaino” is the largest of the two rooms, occupying the third floor of the original part of the hotel. It is a large attic with wooden roof, solid wood furniture and parquet-like flooring. It consists of a common entrance, a bedroom with a smaller double bed and a separate bathroom and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Each room has a dormer where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Lunigiana valley.

The “Veranda” occupies a part of the third floor of the Hotel, It is a large mansard with wooden rafters. It consists of a common entrance, a large bathroom, a bedroom with two loungers and a double bedroom with a nice balcony and veranda overlooking the Lunigiana.

The two family rooms are suitable for families up to 5 people and couples of friends.

They are the only three hotel rooms that have their own private bathroom outside the room. From there you have to cross the service hall on the only floor and not the passageway, to enter your own bathroom exactly in front of your room. This is not a shared bathroom, it is the private bathroom of the room.

All three rooms have a balcony veranda overlooking the Lunigiana.

The standards are 5, they are on the second floor of the original part of the hotel and are comfortable for two people.

Two of these rooms have a large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view on the Lunigiana, the others have a window from the back of the hotel.
