Their routes are among the most suggestive: small and ancient villages, medieval parish churches, archaeological sites and mountain pastures, castling routes and trenches of the Gothic Line along the route of the Via Francigena in search of votive "marginette". All this tells of the customs, habits and traditions of a land that has always fascinated visitors. We are surrounded by and inside National and Regional Parks such as:

• Parco Nazionale dell’Appenino Tosco-Emiliano: within it we find the Orecchiella State Nature Reserve, a beautiful reserve that can be visited by both families and experienced hikers thanks to the different paths it offers;
• Parco Regionale delle Alpi Apuane: this park was created to protect and safeguard the history, traditions and unique environments that characterise the territory of the Apuan Alps.
